I offer re-upholstery of small items of furniture, handmade lampshades, bespoke cushions and custom made upholstered items, including headboards.
Furniture Re-upholstery
Transform much loved but worn, damaged or outdated pieces of smaller furniture, using traditional techniques and top quality materials. Giving new life to armchairs, dining chairs, kitchen seats and footstools, both antique and modern. I am usually happy to work with your own fabric or can help source something suitable from my own suppliers.
Lampshades
I make hard lampshades in many sizes and several shapes, including drum and empire. I also offer hand sewn soft lampshades, in a variety of styles, including pleated/gathered and tailored.
Bespoke Cushions
​Scatter cushions in all shapes and sizes, zipped, piped or trimmed in a variety of ways can be a great way to accessorize your living space. I can also make beautiful French mattresses, bench cushions to create elegant seating areas and new box covers for your existing sofa or armchair cushions.
Custom Upholstery
I am happy to work with you to create new upholstered items, including Queen Anne style footstools and headboards.
